Should the User disagree with any provision contained herein, the User is obligated to discontinue use of the Website immediately. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of the Website following any such amendments shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. It is the sole responsibility of the User to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any modifications. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be construed as a continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision herein.

Site Usage Rules

The Website and all content, materials, and services made available therein are provided exclusively for lawful and authorised purposes. The User agrees to utilise the Website solely in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. The following activities are expressly permitted: accessing publicly available informational content; navigating the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes; and submitting inquiries through designated communication channels. The following activities are strictly prohibited and shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement: engaging in any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Website content; employing automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access or extract data from the Website without prior written authorisation; transmitting unsolicited communications, including but not limited to spam, phishing attempts, or malicious code; attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Website, its servers, databases, or associated infrastructure; engaging in any conduct that disrupts, impairs, or interferes with the proper functioning of the Website or the experience of other users; impersonating any person, entity, or organisation in connection with the use of the Website; and using the Website for any fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful purpose. The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the Website for any User found to be in violation of the provisions set forth herein, without obligation to provide prior notice or justification. No portion of the Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, distributed, modified, displayed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or public purpose without the prior express written consent of the Company. Any unauthorised use of the Content constitutes an infringement of the Company's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and view the Content solely for personal, non-commercial informational purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement. This licence does not confer any right of ownership over the Content, nor does it authorise any use beyond the scope expressly permitted herein. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by the Company. Any trademarks, logos, or service marks displayed on the Website are the registered or unregistered property of the Company or third-party rights holders. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the respective owner.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. No warranty is made that the Website will be accessible without interruption, that it will be free from errors, defects, viruses, or other harmful components, or that any defects identified will be corrected. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information presented on the Website, and such information may be subject to change without notice. Any reliance placed by the User upon information obtained through the Website is done so entirely at the User's own risk. The Website may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites or external resources that are not under the control or supervision of the Company. The Company assumes no responsibility for the content, accuracy, legality, or availability of such third-party websites and shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the User's access to or reliance upon such external content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or any other damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Website or its Content, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability encompasses, without limitation, damages arising from loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, unauthorised access to or alteration of transmissions or data, and any other commercial or pecuniary losses. The provisions of this section shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement and shall remain in full force and effect.
