Terms Acceptance
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise utilising the website located at boomerangbet.ie (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"), operated by Boomerang Partners (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), the user (hereinafter referred to as "the User") is deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms, conditions, rules, and provisions set forth in this document (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement"). Legal Limitations

Governing Law
This Agreement, including all matters arising out of or relating to its formation, interpretation, validity, performance, enforcement, and termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to its conflict of law principles or provisions. The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Website is operated under the regulatory framework applicable in Curaçao, and all legal matters pertaining to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities of Curaçao. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company with respect to the use of the Website and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. Any legal notices or correspondence required or permitted to be made under this Agreement shall be delivered in writing to the address specified below.
